Regarding which WebView2 Evergreen Standalone Runtime version to choose.

I am using webview2 sdk version 1.0.3065.39 and when i am installing evergreen standalone installer the version of it getting downloaded is 1.3.195.45.But in the documentation it is mentioned that to have full api compatibility use the runtime version equal to or higher than sdk.But i cannot found the evergreen runtime installer version equal to or greater than version 1.0.3065.39.
So i want to know can i use this version of webview2 sdk that is 1.0.3065.39 with this version of evergreen standalone installer i.e1.3.195.45?
