Allow the nixos-hardware team to manage the nixos-hardware repository

It would be good if the hardware team can change repository settings similar how the Nix team can do the same for the Nix repository: https://github.com/orgs/NixOS/teams/nixos-hardware/repositories

I'm going to guess you mean on the https://github.com/NixOS/nixos-hardware repo. If I get another 👍 from an @NixOS/org member I'll make @Mic92 admin of the repo, so you can manage permissions further yourself.
