Webview content no clickable on Docker deployment

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

• VS Code Version: openvscode-server-v1.99.3
• OS Version: macOS with docker

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Run OpenVSCode Server from latest Docker image
2. Install Tabby from TabbyML extension
3. the Connect To Server is not clickable (notice the cursor on the text, it's not indicating a link)

I have try other extensions also use webview, but all of them are not clickable
