Where is the "/.well-known/agent.json" when starting the sample agent?

I'm following these example:

https://github.com/google/adk-python/tree/main/contributing/samples/a2a_human_in_loop

... and wonder what should be the agent card for the local agent?
And the agent in the remote_agent folder should expose that endpoint somewhere also right?
