New release tag to include hardening of metrics-server chart

There's no release tag since ~1 year and hardening of metrics-server is an essential part, security-wise, to keep MITM attacks out of the scope inside the cluster network.

It's an important move to make also given that there's some CVE's to mitigate compared to the previous release tag.

CC @stevehipwell since you are marked as the owner of the chart in the repo metadata.

This issue is currently awaiting triage.

If metrics-server contributors determine this is a relevant issue, they will accept it by applying the triage/accepted label and provide further guidance.

@ljmf00 I'm not sure what you're asking for?

If you want a Metrics Server binary release check out #1565.

If you want the pending chart changes to be released then we can discuss that, but these changes are all just convenience wrappers around patterns that can already be achieved with the released chart. My current position, although I'm happy to be persuaded otherwise, is that the Helm chart changes are waiting on the next binary release (see above)
