Scenario 4: Using Azure OpenAI on custom dataset doesn't work on the custom data

"Scenario 4: Using Azure OpenAI on custom dataset" doesn't work on the custom dataset, rather it works on the public dataset like ChatGPT. I think the issue is with the prompt design in the Azure Function app. The prompt is not limiting the search to the data indexed by the Azure Search.
