Resize tabs in split screen

Description of the new feature

It would be a great help to be able to resize a tab in split screen mode.
Currently the tabs' size is fixed and cannot be resized.
Resizing tabs should be as in Linux's "Terminator" app https://gnome-terminator.org/

Yes, exactly.
It would also be very helpful to have resizing with keyboard shortcuts.
For example, in Terminator it's ctrl + shift + arrow(up/down/left/right)
So, the window you're focused on changes.

The keyboard shortcuts have been there for a while. I believe they're alt+shift+arrows
