Closes the issue #8150

This pull request updates the documentation for terminal shell integration in docs/terminal/shell-integration.md by introducing a new property, HasRichCommandDetection, and explaining the differences between Rich Shell Integration and Basic Shell Integration.

Documentation Updates:

  • New Property Description: Added details about the HasRichCommandDetection property, which indicates whether the terminal supports high-fidelity command detection through VS Code's full shell integration script.

  • Rich vs. Basic Shell Integration: Introduced a new section explaining the differences between Rich Shell Integration and Basic Shell Integration, including their feature sets and how to detect the level of integration using the HasRichCommandDetection property.

Thanks @Sonichigo, I'm currently on leave but this looks like a good base for when I'm back.

Thanks for the PR! I moved these commits over to #8450 so I can commit to the branch as you seem to have locked down reviewer push permissions.
