Remove terminal creation from environment managers view

Discussed internally, to simplify the Python Environments pane, we should remove the option to create an activated terminal from the Environment Managers section.

What was the reasoning behind this? I like the button and find it useful but maybe that is only for a demoing purpose?

I have had users working on packages and need to run things in different terminals ask for this. It might be a pro feature, and we could hide it behind a setting?

We discussed this during the UX review as a way to simplify the amount of icons and functionality that is duplicated across the "Python Projects" fold and the "Environment Managers" fold.

Final decision: We want to remove the "create python terminal" button from a "python project" menu item. Secondly, want to remove the "Copy Environment Path" button from the "python project" menu item for the nested environment under a given project
