Currently packages are nested in the tree view, let's bring these up to the main level so it is just one expansion

in the "Python Projects" section of the sidebar, each project has its environment listed, and nested under that the packages installed. The packages are nested under a dropdown which says "packages", this is redundant. Remove the "packages" dropdown and nest the installed packages instead just under the environment
