Exposed metrics from the controller

Hello,

I need your help to understand the available metrics from prometheus https://docs.nginx.com/nginx-ingress-controller/logging-and-monitoring/prometheus/

The metrics available now is limited and not including https://docs.nginx.com/nginx-ingress-controller/logging-and-monitoring/service-insight/ which is mainly coming with Nginx Plus.

As we migrated from the community ingress-nginx controller, all metrics were exposed by default which is confusing me, how this could happen if nginx opensource itslef is not exposing this metrics ? was there any new release over past months that moved some of the metrics support to nginx plus ? so mainly the new version of nginx will not expose the service insights metrics ?

@sov-msaeed metrics in NIC are different form community Ingress controller and https://docs.nginx.com/nginx-ingress-controller/logging-and-monitoring/service-insight/ has always been a Nginx Plus specific feature. Are you using Nginx OSS or Nginx Plus with NIC?
