The understanding page for guideline 1.2 teases a glossary definition for synchronized media that isn’t there.

Some more editorial lapses on that page:

  • Missing space between first and second sentence in the first paragraph of the Intent section.
  • White space after opening quotation marks of “ audio-only” and “ video-only” in the second paragraph after the bullet list in the same section.

The missing definition, which is the most glaring of these issues, was recently resolved as part of #4262

I anticipate some additional changes to 1.2 as a result of current discussions around audio descriptions, and will attempt to incorporate the more trivial remaining corrections into that.

I added an items to the Resources section of the A and AA Understanding
docs, and in AAA where there was material that seemed to be specific to
the SC. Six in total.

I added in some trivial corrections to the 1.2 Time-based media
understanding doc to close a recent issue.
