Feature Request: Support for Following Users

I would like to request a feature to support following users in GitHub MCP. Currently, the platform does not provide functionality to follow users, which limits the ability to track updates from other users.

Could you split up the issues, I will treat this one as solely:

• tool request: follow user

And for the hong kong one specify what exactly you expect in another issue, as it is not fully clear to me.
The mcp is a wrapper to the api

Additionally, it would be great if you could expand the MCP functionality to include Hong Kong, as it is currently not supported.
