Enhance tabbed content visibility #599
Description
Current Behavior
https://docs.layer5.io/cloud/reference/default-permissions/:
- The tabbed pan is not clearly distinguishable as containing switchable content.
Desired Behavior
Improve the UX of the tabbed panel so that it is more visually apparent that the section contains multiple tabs
