documentation for VS Code Web

It doesn't seem to be obvious where the docs for running a self-hosted VS Code Web are.

This folder is empty for example:

Where exactly is the VS Code Web source and/or instructions for running it on my own site (like what codesandbox.io does)?

@trusktr You can find the instructions for hosting the Monaco editor, which is also used for vscode.dev, in the monaco-editor repo.
