Refresh AITK documentation overview page to make it more informative and user-friendly.

@ntrogh Thank you for your comments, I have updated the content with your feedback. Most of the manual installation content has been removed and referenced to a common doc.

@MuyangAmigo Can you update the alt text of all screenshots to have a meaningful description that starts with "Screeenshot showing ..."
