Debug Toolbar missing project in command center

When running multiple projects and changing the debug.toolBarLocation setting to CommandCenter, you lose the ability to change the project within the toolbar like you're able to if it is set to floating.

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

• VS Code Version: 1.100.3
• OS Version: MacOS 15.5

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Run multiple projects with debug.toolBarLocation to floating.

Able to change project:

2. Change debug.toolBarLocation to commandCenter and the ability to easily toggle between projects is gone
