New Arch / Yoga RTL support.

Introduction

currently we're seem to be blocked from upgrading to the new arch as it seem that Yoga / new arch has issues when switching between LTR & RTL.

Details

there is an issue on the react-native repo, however it doesn't seem there is any intention to solve it.

there is already an issue on react-native repo,

I tried opening an issue on yoga but it was moved to RN repo.
