Consider a job that checks the calendar against known sessions

Once calendar entries are created, they can be edited by group chairs. While we ask them not to change event details, some may still choose to "cancel" the event, or possibly change the day and slot of a meeting, without asking for permission.

It would be good to check that the calendar is still in sync with the information that we have once in a while.

Another idea was to ask the systems team to make some fields read-only except to team.
