Getting Error: System.UnauthorizedAccessException : Access to the path '/home/runneradmin' is denied

Describe the bug
I get a System.UnauthorizedAccessException : Access to the path '/home/runneradmin' is denied error in my GitHub action on ubuntu:latest runner. How can I resolve this issue?

I got the same problem. When downgrade to ubuntu-20.04 then it works well!

Faced this issue too, downgrade to ubuntu-20.04 helps, but we need fix for that.
/home/runneradmin as I know is a home directory for current runner, it is really weird that we have access denied error on it

FWIW - I no longer seem to be getting this error with ubuntu-latest.
