Hi, I hope this message finds you well.

I am a user of the Protenix open-source repository, and I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent tool you have created. It has been incredibly helpful for my projects.

I am particularly interested in the TemplateEmbedder feature and was wondering if you have any plans to support it in the near future. It would greatly enhance my workflow, and I am eager to see how it can be implemented.

Thank you once again for your contributions to the community. I look forward to your response!

@Linmj-Judy Thanks for your suggestion! Due to constraints in human and training resources, we have not yet fully experimented with the Template module. By the way, We are continuously refining the Protenix Model, focusing on various aspects such as the optimization of templates and MSAs, the evaluation and improvement of systems involving antibodies, nucleic acids, and small molecules, implementing more effective data processing and enhancement strategies, and structural model-based design.

We invite students with relevant backgrounds to join us in this exploration. You can submit your application at: https://jobs.bytedance.com/campus/position/7477416873622817031/detail?spread=TEN1RY4
