Error while updating Obtainium within Obtainium

I installed Obtainium pretty much exclusively to auto-updaye Iceraven and about 30 minutes after setting it up I got a notification that Obtainium itself had an update. After selecting the release asset (the first one, app-arm64-v8a-release.apk) I get this error. Any solution?

PathAccessException: Cannot rename file to '/storage/emulated/0/Download/app-arm64-v8a-release.apk', path = '/storage/emulated/0/Download/app-arm64-v8a-release.apk.part' (OS Error: Operation not permitted, errno = 1) [app-arm64-v8a-release.apk]

This error means the app couldn't move the downloaded APK into the Downloads folder — Android is refusing.
Check if the app actually has storage write permission (via Android Settings).

All of the settings I've gone through don't list Obtainium under their selections to have the permission. For example the "App Info" screen that has a permissions tab only shows Notification access and Shizuku access

Could you check if there are any files in the Download folder? If so, delete them any try again. Also what device/OS are you using.
