Can't change platform or other extra options in Activity

I tried to set an activity status for my bot, but it only showed the name and the type, and not other parameters
Am I doing something wrong?

This is a Discord limitation. Bots can only send name and state (depends on type). The attributes are included for API completeness, as they can be retrieved from users.
