🔍 Bug Summary

Tags that where added to "Process only specific pre tagged documents?" can't be removed

📖 Description

I added tags to the Settings page -> Advanced Settings -> "Process only specific pre tagged documents?"

I remove a tag and save my settings. paperless-Ai restarts and the tag is back.
The removal of the tag has not been saved.

🔄 Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Settings-> Advanced Settings -> Process only specific pre tagged documents?
2. Add a few tags
3. Save settings
4. remove a tag
5. Save settings
6. -> the removed tag is back

✅ Expected Behavior

removed tags should be removed

❌ Actual Behavior

removed tag comes back
