Please help! - Can't enable Playwright Content Fetcher (docker compose problems)

I'm using Visual Studio Code to edit docker-compose.yml. Lines have been uncommented according to https://github.com/dgtlmoon/changedetection.io/wiki/Playwright-content-fetcher.:

restarted changedetection using docker-compose up, but getting the following message:
service "changedetection" refers to undefined volume PLAYWRIGHT_DRIVER_URL=ws: invalid compose project

And changedetection still saying I need to enable Playwright. Please help!

run docker compose up instead of docker-compose up

@jjclark529 and once again i will repeat my question, what platform (amiga? MSX? commodore 64? windows 3.11?) and what does docker -v give?

I've given you all the info I know. Sorry. I'm not truly experienced at all of this. Just learned everything through trial and error and googling a few things to get me through. I'm only using Visual Studio Code and Docker Desktop on my Windows laptop. Visual Studio Code has a terminal built in that I use. If you tell me where to look for things or what to put in to the Terminal, I can tell you the results. I follow instructions very well. Just need a bit of patience.

try wrapping the ws:// style URL in " quotes, did it help?

Thank you! I was able to run docker compose up with no errors, but I'm still getting the message to enable Playwright in the Visual Filter Selector.

Just noticed that the yml file you sent back doesn't have the appropriate lines uncommented for Playwright to be enabled. When I uncomment the lines and only those lines, the error message returns.

sorry, i cant help you anymore, its best if you learn about why those white-spaces in the YML are important.

Figured it out thanks to google and about 3.5 hours of reading others same issues. Someone was nice enough to post a correct yml file.

I ran into the same issue and realized that the environment: line was still commented out. Uncommenting that solved it.

Can you please copy-paste you docker-compose.yml? It looks like environment:, and other keys, are all uncommented, so I just cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong here. This is what I have at the moment:

I was able to break it after adding the line - PORT=5000 under environment.
Maybe that your problem?
