Is it possible to export snapshot text to .txt file?

I'm trying to figure out how to take the snapshot text of a webpage and export only the text to a text file that I can then parse and extract data from. Looking at Apprise, I am not seeing a good way to get this done. Any idea on how I can get this to work? I see that there is a snapshot image that I can potentially use, but its low quality and I need the text.

May I ask what you did? I'm struggling to get information in any kind of structured way e.g. as JSON or XML, all I get is plain text
