custom user-agent not being used by browser_steps

I use https://www.browserscan.net/ to check that my changedetection.io+patchright+sockpuppet-browser is as stealthy as can be, but browser_steps keeps sending the default HeadlessChrome user-agent. For the time being, I resorted to modifying the user_agent= in browser_steps.py .new_context(). Am I missing something?

i have set custom user agent in Settings->Fetching (see screenshot attached)

when running Recheck on https://www.browserscan.net/ i get the correct custom user agent set (see screenshot attached)

but when i use Browser Steps i get the default user agent (see screenshot attached)
