Rails 7.2 Support

When targeting 72-stable I get this:

Could not find gem 'activerecord-jdbc-adapter (~> 72.0) jruby' in
https://github.com/jruby/activerecord-jdbc-adapter.git (at 72-stable@c56c7b4).

The source contains the following gems matching 'activerecord-jdbc-adapter':
  * activerecord-jdbc-adapter-71.0-java

It looks like there are a bunch of version.rb files, and perhaps some of them got missed.

Yeah it looks like the last round of fixes were to just get 7.1 working so 72 and 71-stable are just 7.1 fixes.

Drop it! we better focus on 8+.

Upgrading from 7.1 to 8.0 is trivial.

The energy and time that will be spend to fix 7.2 hacks, will be better used in supporting 8.0 and 8.1.

I agree. I expect 7.2 is mostly working already, and just needs to be released, at least as a pre-release, and then it can be patched as we find what is brokem. I will continue updating my activerecord-related gems' CIs to target v71, v72, and v80.
