Webhooks support

Some people have requested support for webhooks for better and easier integration in some cases, e.g. uptime monitoring.

I imagine this as an extra optional field the user can pass when creating a measurement `"webhook':"https://userdomain.com/hook"`

When the measurement is done it will send the results to the webhook and the user can decide what to do with it.
