[Bug?] High CPU usage

Noticed that when the plugin is loaded to OBS it causes my OBS CPU usage to rise to ~7% from the usual <1% (8core) making one of the cores pinned at 100% at all times. No errors are reported and the plugin works fine otherwise.

Is this an expected behaviour?
