Problem with visual studio

Hi all,
I'm trying to build a firmware inside vs code. I reopen the container, but it says about only open locally...I guess that is correct.
Then, I try to make a target and get the following:
pablo@pablo-HP-ZBook-15-G2:~/OpenDeck$ make TARGET=pico
Running west update...
make: west: No such file or directory
make: *** [Makefile:34: .west-updated] Error 127
I don't know where is the problem...any idea?

I find the problem. With version 7.11.1 doesn't work.
7.11.0 works fine.

Besides, the leds with 2 shiftRegister no working. Problem with the latch signal
