Describe the bug

redirect host redirects https://domain to https// missing the colon. This causes the redirect to go to a failing address.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to redirect hosts
2. try to make a redirect host to an https site
3. save and test
4. result comes out like so... https//youtube.com instead of https://youtube.com

Expected behavior

Should contain the colon and it doesn't

Fixed this by not including the https:// in the domain names.
