Communication with the API failed, is NPM running correctly?

renew letscrypt certificates not work in version v2.10.3 © 2022 jc21.com.

Updated to new image and get this error. When looking in SSL Certificate tab I can see my certificates and they are all expired. But when I click link to my website I can see that the certificate has been updated. So for some reason NPM shows me the old certifiacte in my ssl certificate list.

Don't know if this is issue but mabe it helps to solve or if someone can help me get the correct certificates in the list off ssl certs in NMP.
