Proxy Header Causing HTTP 400 Response Due to Invalid Header

This configuration line is causing failures for the entire OpenLiteSpeed web server when behind NPM. (See litespeedtech/openlitespeed#362). Need to investigate whether both X-Forwarded-Scheme & X-Forwarded-Proto are really needed.
