Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4 Lite (zhimi.airp.rmb1), Unable to discover the device

Hello!

I'm trying to connect Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4 Lite zhimi.airp.rmb1 from another network.

Home Assistant is in network 192.168.50.0/24, zhimi.airp.rmb1 is in network 192.168.1.0/24.
xiaomi_miot.get_token detects zhimi.airp.rmb1, shows token:

Attempt to add zhimi.airp.rmb1 to Home Assistant ends with error:
