Update comments

Hi,

in my team we use comments to add notes & discuss on an issue.
It would be nice to be able to correct something mispelled, add a link afterwards ... just to be able to edit a comment without needing to resort to the webinterface.

The command could be analog to jira issue comment add ISSUE-1: jira issue comment update ISSUE-1 98674

Proposal:

Add updates a comment to an issue.

USAGE
  jira issue comment update ISSUE-KEY COMMENT-ID [COMMENT_BODY] [flags]

FLAGS
  -h, --help              help for update
      --internal          Make comment internal
      --no-input          Disable prompt for non-required fields
  -T, --template string   Path to a file to read comment body from
      --web               Open issue in web browser after adding comment

INHERITED FLAGS
  -c, --config string    Config file (default is /home/grossjonas/.config/.jira/.config.yml, can be overridden with JIRA_CONFIG_FILE env var)
      --debug            Turn on debug output
  -p, --project string   Jira project to look into (defaults to /home/grossjonas/.config/.jira/.config.yml)

ARGUMENTS
  ISSUE-KEY     Issue key of the source issue, eg: ISSUE-1
  COMMENT-ID    Comment id of the source comment, eg:986745
  COMMENT_BODY  Body of the comment you want to add

EXAMPLES
  $ jira issue comment update

  # Pass required parameters to skip prompt 
  $ jira issue comment update ISSUE-1 986745 "My comment"

  # Multi-line comment
  $ jira issue comment update ISSUE-1 986745 $'Supports\n\nNew line'

  # Load comment body from a template file
  $ jira issue comment update ISSUE-1 986745 --template /path/to/template.tmpl

  # Get comment body from standard input
  $ jira issue comment update ISSUE-1 986745 --template -

  # Or, use pipe to read input directly from standard input
  $ echo "Comment from stdin" | jira issue comment update ISSUE-1 986745

  # Positional argument takes precedence over the template flag
  # The example below will add "comment from arg" as a comment
  $ jira issue comment update ISSUE-1 986745 "comment from arg" --template /path/to/template.tmpl
 

I been using this for a few days at work, with my branch here: https://github.com/grossjonas/jira-cli/tree/update_comments

Would this be suitable for upstream?
