Move dismiss button for all notifications to the top to avoid the need of long scrolling

Hi,

some times I have more then 100 notifications. To dismiss them all at once, I have to scroll down all the way to the end of the notifications, which is cumbersome on an mobile device. Can this button be sticky or moved to the top of the notifications screen - or both?
