Description/Comment in Automations actions

As I have consolidated some of my automations and started using IDs, I have come to wish there was a comment "actions" or other way to annotate "Then Do" options. My first thought was an action that did nothing but add a line of arbitrary text, like the description field for the automation, that will display in both the WebUI and YAML, where it is placed.
