What would you like to be added:

Add a set of IDP (Identity Provider) APIs that replaces (deprecates) the current policy admin and LDAP admin APIs to JuiceFS Gateway.

Why is this needed:

Newer versions of mc uses a new set of IDP APIs for managing policies and LDAP. JuiceFS Gateway didn't support these APIs at the moment, making it incompatible with the latest clients.

In fact, we only recommend using the client of version RELEASE.2021-04-22T17-40-00Z for interaction with juicefs gateway.

This is some kind of nice-to-have feature, and I'm willing to help out. We would like to see the gateway gaining feature parity with a regular MinIO server eventually, but IDP is one of the top requirements on our list.
