Description

Added support for monitoring Oracle database connections in Uptime Kuma.
This change allows users to configure and monitor Oracle DB connections directly from the UI.

Fixes #5143.

There was a closed pull request #2797. According to the previous discussion, it is not easy to be implemented, because most Oracle client libraries on Node.js do not provide native build for armv7/arm64. Please read #2797's comments for more details.

If interested I have a fork with oracle support with node-oracledb and an agent.
Both arm and linux supported.

Currently is based on the 2.0.0-beta2
Recommend take the Dockerfile from the repo and build your image with it.
