iOS - app does not refresh in Safari

Hi, I have my app running on Mac and 2 iOS devices: iPhone, iPad.

I use Safari for all 3 devices.

On a Mac Safari when I deploy a new version of the app, and refresh twice, a second refresh will update the app (I see the version on the screen).

On iPhone and iPad however this does not happen. App is always in the very first ever downloaded version. Closing and re-opening does not help.

How can I debug this? Any help appreciated.

Edit: Same issue with Brave browser, might be something iOS specific.
