Unable to create a SQL Assessment

• Azure Data Studio Version:1.51
• OS Version:Windows server 2019

Steps to Reproduce:

1.We are unable to create a assessment report for SQL server which are running Onprem.
During the workflow it is looking for Azure account login,Subscription, RG etc, but generally for assessment, we shouldnt be needing this. While trying this, we were not able to see the RG in the dropdown.
2. Tried removing the extension, and connection and setting it up again.

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No
