A couple questions:

  • Does Terminal slow down, or stop accepting input entirely?
  • Can you collect a memory dump (Task Manager -> details -> WindowsTerminal -(right click)-> Create Dump File) and share it with us?

I don't know how to upload the file, but there should be relevant error messages in Microsoft's feedback center. I chose to collect information at that time. This is the content of my feedback: https://aka.ms/AAvc7ie

PS: There are other similar feedback contents, of course, I only searched for Chinese content because my English is not good, and I don't know if there are any English feedback contents.

This looks a lot like another TSF/IME teardown hang we once had.

If you disable WeType (for now), does the issue go away/?

@DHowett What is WeType? is this one? If it's me, I can switch to grayscale testing.
