It may be a lot of work to tease out the individual things that we've done that correspond with each category.

I don't know if it would be helpful to link to the summaries of the things we've done in the past year? That would be:

Summaries feel like a useful first step -- agreed that it'll be hard to tease out individual things and categorize them.

Do we publish data on how we've allocated our Council-only budget? That seems like something that isn't quite a line-item list of things we've done -- lots of things aren't from our budget -- but feels like it's still possibly useful to have in there.

Hm, we should probably snapshot that somewhere that's not world-writable if we want to link to it -- not sure we do, but it seems possibly reasonable? I guess I can put it in a gist or so... maybe we should keep it in a GitHub issue description?

Hm, yea. I changed write permissions to Owners/Admins, but snapshotting it somewhere sounds reasonable. A gist or somewhere on GitHub seems good.

OK, updated with the update post links and put up rust-lang/leadership-council#189 to snapshot the budget (and linked that too).

It might be good to update the budget snapshot with recent decisions (e.g., continuing ops work is not reflected I think?)

I updated the hackmd with the compiler ops update. I hadn't added it before because it hasn't technically been accepted since it is still in FCP. But I don't expect any concerns blocking it.
