Scenario
Bounty hunters needed open issues depends on developers' engagement to close them. However, small tasks might be too rewarding for the work if the bounty increases by 5 ADA every week for 3 months.
Solution
After discussing with @fhilipk , we came up with the idea to write a script to send out notifications into a discord channel like #community-landing-core-devs once the issues haven't been resolved for x amount of days (this is open for discussion to how it will work. Perhaps incremental days for bounty increase can affect how long it takes until notification is sent out). We can avoid the reward:work ratio being unbalanced.
Core devs are not a selected group of developers but developers who pass the requirements of community engagement.
Possible requirements would be:
