InaccessibleObjectException for Java 17

problem

Hi team, I was trying to set up my dev environment, but getting the InaccessibleObjectException, and I have attached my complete log vmops.log for your reference. Similar issues 9462

command: mvn -Dsimulator -Dorg.eclipse.jetty.annotations.maxWait=120 -pl :cloud-client-ui jetty:run
environment: jvm 17.0.15+6-Ubuntu-0ubuntu122.04

After I switched to Java 11, it works fine.

ACS 4.21.0.0-SNAPSHOT

The steps to reproduce the bug

1. Java 17
2. Ubuntu 22.04
3. mvn -Dsimulator -Dorg.eclipse.jetty.annotations.maxWait=120 -pl :cloud-client-ui jetty:run
4. maven 3.9.10
   ...

What to do about it?

After I switched to Java 11, it works fine.
