incomplete document

Hi team, example ipynb file in the repository is incomplete.

Under instruction fine-tuning section after deployed , there is no steps to invoke the model.

Also, I noticed there is a mistake in instance type, currently you have mentioned g5.12xlarge instance but when i run the code it is saying this instance is not suited for the example.

can you please check and update it,
