I Cannot Create a React Application

I cannot create a react app, it always gives me an error no matter what I try. Below is an image of what happens, can someone please help me out here.

Hi! Your error (ENOENT, file not found) usually means Node.js or npm is not installed correctly or not in your system's PATH.

How to fix:

1. Download the latest LTS version of Node.js from nodejs.org and reinstall it. Make sure to check the box that says "Add to PATH" during installation.

2. After installing, open a new Command Prompt window and run:

   node -v
   npm -v
   

   Both should print version numbers. If not, Node.js is still not set up correctly.

3. Try your command again:

   npx create-react-app test-app
   

If you still have trouble, try uninstalling Node.js, deleting any nodejs or node_modules folders in C:\Program Files\ and your user folder, then reinstalling.
