This PR adds D'CENT Wallet to the list of wallets supporting Filecoin.
D'CENT Wallet offers both hardware and mobile app solutions for securely managing FIL tokens.
It supports both f1 (standard Filecoin) and f4 (EVM-compatible) addresses.
