Bring additional github resources under github-mgmt #64
Description
As part of #61, it became clear that it would have been nice to have additioanl github resources under github-mgmt. These included:
- Team visibility
- Branch protection rules
Per #61 (comment), we can follow https://github.com/filecoin-project/github-mgmt/blob/master/docs/HOWTOS.md#start-managing-new-resource-type-with-github-management to enable these new resources.
